Shipping/Returns

DUE TO COVID-19 AND LARGE ORDER VOLUME PROCESSING TIMES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO 5-14 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

 

Packages are shipped USPS

Priority mail shipping takes 1-3 business days

International mail shipping 7-14 business days

Orders are processed within 5-14 business days and then shipped with the shipping method chosen by the customer. In the event that we receive a large order volume packages may be delayed. In this scenario all customers will be notified of updated shipping information. Please only contact us after the 14th day your order was placed to inquire if you have not received it. 

Due to the nature of this product all sales are final. In the event that your product is damaged or order is incorrect  please reach out to customer service within 3 days of receiving shipment at peachypureinc@gmail.com. Damaged product or missing products will be replaced free of charge.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once an item is shipped and it has been delivered we are no longer liable.

We are not responsible nor will we reship packages without customer paying for the reshipping fee that have been undeliverable due to insufficient address. 

If a customer refuses to accept delivery or pay customs charges and the product is sent back there will be a $10 restocking fee per item assessed to the customer as well as customer will have to pay the import duties to return the package and shipping fees are not refundable.
